1. Our Commitment: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
At Lumevax, we simplify international shipping. All product prices you see on our website for international orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price. It includes the product cost, international shipping fees, insurance, and all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for your country. There will be no surprise charges upon delivery.

2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries and regions that are available for selection during the checkout process on our website. If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that location.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping Time & Carriers
Please be advised that due to the size and nature of our products (large interactive flat panels), shipping is conducted via sea freight to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time to all served countries is 8 to 10 weeks.

Please note: This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. It includes sea transit, port handling, and in-country customs clearance. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing delays, or local holidays. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

5. Customs and Import Taxes
As part of our DDP service, we handle all customs formalities and pay all import taxes and duties on your behalf. You will not be asked to pay anything to the shipping carrier or customs authorities when receiving your package.

6. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your purchase is complete. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

7. Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lumevax.china@lumevax.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and the packaging in your email to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
